Hitting the box is difficult for an adult. My 2 yr old tries but simply is not strong enough and she gets frustrated. I myself have to hit it several times. Maybe a third black button could be added. She has no problem operating those.</span>

My daughter was so excited to listen & we were stuck in a loop of setup fails. So not a review of Belle herself, but these different tonies w the box in general.
