Belles voice is beautiful and though we know the voice will he different, we also expect it to be vaguely similar, with similar talent. I contacted tonies after 2 weeks and contacting the post office it was last scanned at and they confirmed its lost. Tonies will not even consider replacing this item until 2/8 which is AFTER the birthday. This is incredibly frustrating when they could easily pick up the phone and get the same information I got instead of kicking the can down the road and not accepting any responsibility.</span>
