Just like the other review mentioned, the bear is broken and the sound is not working. It just does this weird ticking sound as if it's stuck. Will be returning. When they arrived, neither worked. The sound is broken on both of them. Other than that, the bears look cheaply made. If they seemed better quality I&rsquo;d consider keeping them even with the sound not working. It sings his favourite song. We're saving it for Christmas but my initial thoughts are that the sound of the song is much lower than I expected. The bear also looks poorly constructed. No two bears on the shelf looked alike and they looked quickly assembled as if they were rushing to just get them out for Christmas. The eyes are in weird spots. Not equal. Some eyes were close together, others spaced out. The white mouth part of the bear is misshaped. It's a cute bear and I love that it plays the rock-a-bye your bear song but it's just not as good quality as I expected it to be.
