The phone is bright, colorful, and the perfect size. It's volume is great, not too loud but not too quiet so the child can't hear what the characters are saying. We had a Peppa games app for my daughter that we had to pay a monthly fee for and it ended up cancelling itself. My daughter has been asking for it back but we don't really want to deal with subscribing to it again since it was such a hassle. Since she has been playing with this phone, she hasn't asked for the app again. The animation of the characters is adorable and it really is their voices. If you talk to Peppa, she talks back and also tells you that you have messages from the other family members. There is also games that teach your child things like colors and simple math. My daughter absolutely loves it. It is just like the show plus it's educational. The little LCD screen allows them to watch Peppa and her family play. I like that they are learing from it and the kids really enjoy playing with this phone.
