I had hoped it would be a good choice like our beloved Bear sleepy tonie to get her to go to sleep but it's more a &quot;getting ready for sleep&quot; tonie and not going to sleep tonie. I have a 3&amp; 4 year old &amp; they both love it. When we travel &amp; sleep in the same room we, the adults, also benefit from the deep breathing/relaxation &amp; clever story. My kids won't often pick it out by themselves, as it's more meditation based than anything else. If I put it on purposefully while we are all relaxing on the couch, they are much more likely to participate and enjoy. There is a cute story at the end that I will sometimes put on for them at bedtime!
