I have a 7 year old who loved this. My 5 year old didn't like the scent which I found mild and which didn't both my oldest in the least. Our mouse has come with us in the car and has hung out in bed, but what I like best about it is that it's a fun form of stress relief -- a way for my son to take a second to get out his frustration instead of wanting to hit something. We can redirect him to squeeze his frustration into it in a healthy way and then if he's still mad, use his words. This toy isn't marketed as a way to redirect being flustered, but it works for us! They have never gotten a jumbo one until today and they are already fighting over it. They love that its in a blind bag and can't wait to find out which one they get.
