As someone who works frequently with colored pencils, I used to have issues with pencil sharpeners breaking off the tip of the pencil, which forced me to sharpener way more than I would have needed to. This sharpener is gentle yet precise. I&rsquo;ve never had an issue with the led breaking, and it creates a very sharp tip. The design features two different size sharpeners for graphite pencils, and one for colored pencils.
