They are very tiny bits but shes old enough to play with these things. Seemed like a lot of packaging for the item but was all recyclable. You have to connect both parts and all the little bits fit inside which is ideal for travel. Great for getting their imagination going!! Easy to get in and out of and my daughter LOVES it, the pieces are made of a good solid material and some are also bendy, I think these would be super super hard to break, as with polly pocket you know the pieces are small so I wouldn&rsquo;t recommend this for super young children!
