That being said... my 18 month old also loves it. It came with some &amp;quot;foam&amp;quot; and cardboard pieces to put together to make a party hat and a cupcake liner... the foam being to top the the cupcake... there is also some small plastic pieces to top the cupcake. I will probably order another for my 18 month old as she loves the pet and the carrier it comes it... I&#39;ll just remove the small pieces.
