They didnt like that the hair on the doll became tangled easily, and they mentioned the hair wasnt as soft as their other 18 inch dolls from another brand. She comes beautifully packaged and shows all the accessories it comes with. Malia and her pet poodle are very well made and are durable which makes me happy because these dolls will last for a long time! She has a couple other Our Generation dolls as well, they all "play together" and the clothes/accessories work great for swapping on the other dolls as well! We are both very pleased with this product and would highly recommend!</span>

The leash isn't the best quality and doesn't stay attached well and it can't be held in the doll's hand, but my daughter doesn't seem to care too much. The doll is great quality. The hair is nice and can be brushed and styled, and her eyes open and close depending on if she's standing or lying down. This is played with daily and it has held up well.</span>
