It doesn’t require batteries, doesn’t have any lights, doesn’t make any sounds. The pop out rescue net is very hard to open and it’s even harder to close it. I can’t even close it all the way. Not the best design. You have to push the wings from both sides to release the net and to close it. It’s ok for kids who love the show.</span>
