You have to lay the balloons flat before filling them, but not all of them filled with water. They did leak and bust holes through them BUT despite all the flaws the kids actually had a blast and want to keep playing.</span>

They are great for when you have to clean up. They are also great for a quick fill. No worrying about 1-at-a-time fill-up . You're also not searching for broken balloon prices since these are whole. They are a novelty and fun while they lasted. But for me, water balloons are the way to go.</span>
