He loves Pok&eacute;mon and building things so this was a perfect combination m. He can okay with this along with other building sets too. The little Pikachu is so cute. The set is a fun size of a Pok&eacute;mon figure on an island. My kids had a fun time building it with each other. This set has lots of little pieces so he was able to put some of it together but I had to help. We love the fact that it can go along with the other play sets. It has option to fling parts in the air and the sand bucket has extra pieces to fit inside. My son loves it and decided the Pikachu is going to live at beach and sleep in the tree forever. This was a little hard to put together for my 7 year old, so I had to help quiet a bit. He enjoyed helping and playing with the Pikachu once he was made. The pieces are a little hard to snap together.
