They are 9 and 6 and the directions were easy enough that my 6 year old could help build the figures with his brother. They enjoyed putting them together and loved the finished product. It has a lot of little pieces that are able to move around, including shooting pieces, to make the experience more fun. It also comes with the weapons for each guy so they can fight it out. Overall, it’s a great toy set for kids that are good with small pieces and love to build.</span>
