<span itemprop="description">I really liked how the experiments are pretty easy for even my 7-year-old to do by himself, and how he was able to connect the kit with the outside world (the acid is like vinegar, the base is baking soda, etc). We liked the acid/base paper experiment a lot, but wished there was more than one piece of the paper.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This product has gone downhill! At one time it had more items such as magic smoke from fingers product that was really neat. However it is no longer included in the set. Seems like they are trying to save a buck, but charge the same price. Plastic tubes is about all it can boast now. I did locate the smoke toy product elsewhere and it was fine, but you won't find it in this Scientific Explorer set.</span>
