I don&rsquo;t know if the one I had was defective but once we did the magic word nothing changed. I left it in the water for 2 days after wasn&rsquo;t much of a change until I poured the water out and the doll and tray slides out. I did like the packaging and the different portions you put it to make the doll. At first we thought we were missing one of the ingredients because the way they are number but when we saw the video we notice that's how they label the ingredient skipping a number.
