When the package arrived, it was in pretty bad shape, like it had been bashed around. This was not done during delivery because the outer delivery packaging was undamaged. The box was obviously in this condition when it was shipped. I am very unhappy that this child will now receive a gift that looks like nobody else wanted it!! And now it is too late to reorder. And, even if I did reorder, what guarantee would I have that the next box would be in any better shape.
