One complaint is that they did have a slight smell upon first opening the box. The smell went away very quickly. The chicken's feet do not sit flush with the ground, as well, and it makes balancing him sometimes tricky and he can tend to topple over. This was an issue with older bird models however with how his feet are designed if he did not have this flaw he would sit flush with the surface of the table. There are very small and minor errors in painting on the goat, where the chest fur has a small divot. As well, the Hay Bale piece tends to roll back and forth? I am unsure if it is intentional, but the piece ends up wobbling slightly. Despite my complaints I am delighted these finally arrived.
