We were super excited to see this collection and couldn&rsquo;t wait to try them. We started them and they were so short and moved so fast he wasn&rsquo;t interested in the at all. Two of the books aren&rsquo;t really stories and are more like introductions to books, like what you would read an infant. We use this at bed time as our last wind down and the stories aren&rsquo;t long enough. The slides move a bit too quickly to even enjoy the art on some pages. Simply adding a brief pause would make a world of a difference. The third book was a little better but still falls short. There is a lack of substance and since it moves so quickly, I feel like any learning that could have been available is lost. There is the ability to pause but this becomes annoying when you pause each slide while you are trying to relax a toddler. The other disappointing feature is that there is no music at the end. It just stops. My toddler really enjoyed the end music and it helps bring a good close to the slides. My toddler kept asking for more book because he couldn&rsquo;t understand that it was the end without the music. I am not a fan of this set of books and regret wasting money on this particular set. I really hope the other sets are better done. We like the berenstain bear books and are disappointed in how this turned out. You can never go wrong with the Berenstein bears. The stories have been out since I was a little child and now my little one gets to enjoy them as well. Seeing these familiar characters on the StoryTime projector fills me with joy. These books are heavily modified to contain far less words. This has both pros and cons. Pros for our family being way quicker, and not drawn out, story time. The cons being that there is not much dialogue or details. Overall very cute.
