I gave this toy to a relative as a gift and we thought it was broken. After we determined it was just missing batteries, we couldn't figure out how to even put them in. By now the kid was already pretty disinterested in the toy. The interest never came back. All the bird does is making little chirp sounds. It's boring and not worth the time and effort of buying and inserting batteries. We enjoyed playing with it. I love the fact that the head actually moves from right to left. And when you rub it&rsquo;s back there is an interaction via sound. Only thing I dislike is it is a bit cumbersome to remove the battery.
