Yes, the toy is not working. I checked YouTube. Didn't find a way either. My baby had a fever today and then the new toy didn't work and he was so frustrated that he cried. I am also very sad. I want to give him a new toy. Please tell me how to get a new one. This is a difficult Christmas for us.</span>

On the box it says USB cord is included but the wall plug is not included. But no batteries are needed.
