The phone alerts, the stethoscope makes heartbeat and coughing sounds, the thermometer gauge moves as does the blood pressure indicator. She uses it to do checkups on mom and dad as well as stuffed animals. She plays so nicely with her brother and myself with it. It has so many &quot;tools&quot; for her to use on her &quot;patients&quot;. I would definitely recommend this set above any others, as she has previously had most of them.
