They put Bucky in his Winter Soldier uniform, gave him black hair, and a blondish beard (it's not black like the photos - look at my uploaded one and YouTube reviews). Wanda has an inaccurate hair color, inaccurate power colors, and has lost her waistcloth. Falcon, Captain America, Black Widow, and Spiderman appear to be reused figures. For a set this expensive, I expected a lot more from the minifigure selection at least.
