The set contains few animals and people that work in the shop. Good design. Small pieces are not suitable for kids under 5. By building this shop you can open your mind and creativity. This build is straightforward using the enclosed instructions, or the online 3D app. My 7 years old daughter find it easy to assembly together but we did it together as a fun activity. I think it's a great introductory set for kids who haven't used Lego before, or as a great addition to existing sets. This set is very well designed, and there is plenty to play with once built with 3 characters and 3 pets. Use the lift to the top floor grooming station and wash and dry your pets in a pamper session. The fun is all in the imagination and it certainly has kept us busy here for several hours. I really like the style of Lego Friends, it's nice and engaging. This set may seem small, but it contains a lot and is excellent value and everything was really well packed and instructions easy to follow.
