He has been obsessed with Dinosaurs from a very young age. It can be difficult to find dinosaur action figures for the lesser popular dinosaurs. The Jurassic World line has done a great job of including many different dinosaurs. This Parasaurolophus is a great example of that. My son loves that he can add many different dinosaurs to his every growing set. This action figure has realistic sounds and doesn't sound exactly like the other figures in this line. He has been playing with this dinosaur since it arrived. Great to keep them occupied on the road and gives them something to do in the hotel. They are brightly colored so they are easy to spot and just the right size to keep up with. Not too small to get lost but not so big as to be a burden to take. Very durable and fun for my 4 year old dino loving boy. I love that these are not your typical dinos like the T-Rex or Triceratops. He was expecting it to make a sound like his other dinos but was excited to see him light up as well when the button on his back was pushed! He loves playing with him and setting up battles between he and his other dino friends! I love the sturdy quality of this dino and others in the collection. It is also a perfect size for my 6, 8, and 11 year old to play with and travel with! The dinoaurs roaring feature along with the red glow brought giggles and excitement during playtime, making it an initial hit with my son. My son absolutely loved how interactive the Parasaurolophus is. Its lifelike movements, especially in the tail sparked his imagination. However, we encountered a minor setback when the sound functionality stopped working after just two days. Despite this, the toy remains a favorite in his growing dinosaur lineup. For a child deeply passionate about animals and dinosaurs, like my son, this toy is a fantastic choice.
