His arms and legs can be posed and he has a little button on his back that allows his neck/head to go up and down. My son especially likes to open his mouth and move his neck/head up and down to pretend he&rsquo;s eating something. He was really excited to add this Masiakasaurus to his collection. The figure is well made and will definitely withstand some rough play among my children. My oldest son is 6 years old and thinks this dinosaur is super cool. It holds his interest and takes his imagination to another level which makes me happy to see! The arms, legs, tail, and head move. It also has a button on the back that makes the neck, mouth, and tail move as well. My 7 year old son enjoyed playing with it but without other additional pieces, it didn't hold his attention for very long. With multiple dinosaurs, it would be better for imaginary play. As a parent, I loved how well I could pose it in different positions and random places to amuse my son. (Kind of like the Elf on a Shelf) It has since retired from being played with to being a decorative piece on his dresser which he still enjoys. Engaging,realistic,well made. One of my favorite features is the buttons for movement. It is flush with the dinosaur body. It blends in keeping the illusion intact yet still easy to operate. The movement of the head is quite realistic, fluid. Reminds me of the lizards we have running around Florida. It also has very detailed texture. Now the important part. Kid approval. It definitely got a gold star from my 7 year old. My son is on the spectrum and he doesn't always stray from his preferred activities. He took a liking to this dinosaur right away. The texture and it is just the right size. Though mommy and daddy making it talk adds to the appeal. Our dinosaur apparently likes boogers and mini chocolates. Entertaining my 5 year old grandson for hours. He carried The box around asking to buy the other dinosaurs advertised on the back. The button on the dinos back moved his neck up and down but according to the picture on the front of the box we thought it opened and closed his mouth.
