It has been played with every single day since. We love that all the pieces are wooden (with the exception of the mountain/tunnel which is plastic). All the pieces have held up well with daily play and the occasional toddler temper tantrum. The track is simple enough to put together that anyone can help put it together. The only drawback is how flimsy the support system is for building the tracks as a ramp/hill into the tunnel, the slightest movement or bump of the track and they fall down. This causes temper fits and frustration during play. We have modified the track layout to eliminate the need for the hills in the track.
