Not sure how kids instinctively know how toys work but as soon as I handed this to my grandson he knew what to do. Pushing on the roof starts the sounds and a red light in the window of the truck. There are 4 or 5 different sounds – revving engine, tires racing, crowd cheering and a song. In addition to racing you can flip this truck by pushing down on the back.
A great truck for racing around on the floor and survives crashing into walls.</span>
