Empty or not.</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought a tank at Toys R Us - Oakville. I was aware of some of the risk with purchasing helium to fill balloons at home. Firstly, it&rsquo;s not cost effective to begin with. 30 balloons would imply helium costs additional $1.50/balloon. I&rsquo;m not here to argue the price as we all must do what we must for kids and special occasions. It&rsquo;s a onetime situation that you need to budget. The major issue with this helium company is that the product contains NO safety seal. The valve is free to turn at its leisure in its packaging. Being a gas, it doesn&rsquo;t take much movement to allow helium gas to start leaking from the tank. When you remove the packing tape from the carton, don&rsquo;t be surprised that you bought an empty tank. Final Sale! I have one in my kitchen right now. Money up in smoke. Did my best to make the special day still feel magical. Any top quality company would automatically identify that they should place a simple plastic seal to help ensure the valve does not move when in transport. The lack of care shown just proves that this isn&rsquo;t a quality company anyone should deal with. It&rsquo;s only interested in $$$ and lacks an understanding on their target market. They operate more like a con.
