The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks beast Mega-Wrex comes alive in an oversized remote-control vehicle with interactive lights and sounds. It's quite large, alot bigger than the standard momster trucks. The mega wrex comes well packaged in a cardboard box. Inside you get the car, remote control and charging cable. The remote needs 2 aa batteries which arent included. Fun looking when all lit up, it even sounds and can do stunts. Simple enough for children to use. Works well both indoors and outdoors going over obstacles and driving over and hitting things. Its really quite fast moving. Brightly coloured and looks good lit up. The thing i love the most is that the car is rechargeable just by plugging in a cable, no faffing around with batteries. Fun to play with and reasonably priced. Definitely a truck which has been well loved by my boys.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great remote control car, good for a range of ages and kept my three (2,4&8) occupied for a good while.
Top tip - it needs to be plugged into charge as soon as out of packaging. My son (2) struggled with this as soon as he saw it he wanted to play. So, if you can open and charge before giving to kids, that’s would be advisable.
The lights and sound effects are great and the car travels smoothly. We had some trouble trying to get tricks and still haven’t quite worked that bit out, still a great toy though.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy looked impressive when I got it out of the box. It was charged so you can press the button to see and hear the lights and sound. It was quite difficult to get the main vehicle out of the box, I had to get wire cutters to cut the plastic ties in the end. Once out I got the instructions out and popped batteries into the remote control. Word of warning: do not test the remote control while sitting at a table with the monster truck on it or you'll be ramraided by it at full speed like I was. After a bit of trauma counselling and a cup of tea I went back to it and read the instructions. These were quite difficult to follow because all the different languages were broken up for each stage so instead of all the UK instructions being in one section, french in another etc they would have on sentence written in many different languages before you moved on to find the next step. Once I read them all and we started playing we had a great time. The aim is to smash as many things as you can to unlock stunt mode which makes it start doing wheelies. The large, pubberised wheels means it will work well in the garden, on carpet and hard surfaces. I only wish that the remote control was re-chargeable like the truck to save batteries.</span>
