My husband and I chased each other around our house freezing, blasting, and zapping each other for 30 minutes before even letting the kids know we had it. The blaster is especially cool with the lights off or on low so you can fully visualize all of the lighting effects. The sound effects are just plain amusing and so varied. 20 different sounds and a bunch of different modes and colors. We kept finding new settings to explore and attack each other with. We still are! Dare I say, this proton blaster isn't just for Ghostbusters fans; your kid is going to think this is an awesome toy regardless. Ages 5 and up, and ages 8 to 41 approved.</span>
