Boy was I was wrong! My child has a lot of fun spinning the 3 &quot;bolt&quot; shapes at one of the ends. There are 4 circles on one of the sides that he moves all around as we're learning how to count and sounding out the images on them. We make this a whole family acivity we do together sounding out the animals and the insects from another side and then we do the same with the sun, cloud and rainbow from the other side. This toy has him working on his fine motor skills, pincer grasp and language. We also go over and repeat the bright primary colors. This is so easy to grab on the go. We take this toy with us in the car on long and short rides, as well as vactions. I love the fact that it doesnt come apart and im not losing tiny parts all over my vehicle. Perfect for Developing Infant</span> <span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fisher-Price Wooden Activity Triangle is a very sturdy and well made toy for the developing child to keep them amused. My 11 month old daughter (and 5 year old son) has been abusing the Activity Triangle and it seem is in great shape. My only complaint is that the nut/bold type aspect of the Activity Triangle seems to either be too hard or not attractive enough for my daughter to find enjoyment. From the moment my 10-month-old laid eyes on it, he was captivated. The variety of activities on each side kept him happily engaged&mdash;he loved flipping the squares, threading the shapes, and spinning everything in sight. What's great is that whenever he seemed to lose interest in one side, a simple flip to the next one would reignite his curiosity and playfulness. One of the things I appreciate most about this toy is its wooden construction, which not only gives it a classic charm but also makes it easy to clean. Unlike many noisy toys, this one keeps my little one entertained without being disruptive to others, making it perfect for outings. We played with it on the floor and he loved it! I love the wooden structure, it&rsquo;s durable and meant to last, yet light enough for a baby to move around on their own to turn it on all its sides. It is definitely a toy that is meant to last can be saved and passed down to a younger sibling. It also has a lot to &ldquo;fidget&rdquo;, from the movable bolts on top, to the turning animals, and even gears. I love wooden toys that require intentional thought and interaction instead of playing senseless annoying melodies and flashing lights. This requires the child to actually engage. The wood is great quality. Not splintery. Smooth. Each side has a special interactive component. My 2 year old loves the screwing the washer along the rail. The 10 month old enjoys moving the gears. It&rsquo;s a good one to sit on the table of a walker, or bring along to a restaurant. I love seeing FP moving towards this style of toy for our littles.
