My 4-year-old grandson enjoys playing with it, and its durability ensures it can withstand many hours of active play. The set's inclusion of a gate suggests that the dinosaur should be able to knock it down with its moving arms, activated by a button on its back. Unfortunately, my grandson could not figure out how to make this feature work properly, leading to his frustration and eventual abandonment of the gate pieces. Additionally, a cheap-looking metal beam included in the set seemed unnecessary and remained untouched. Nevertheless, the dinosaur itself is a winner, boasting a manageable size and captivating features such as its teeth, movable jaws, and vibrant orange eyes and stripes. My grandson is particularly enamored with its large claws and often brings it along on car rides. As a Jurassic World enthusiast, I appreciate the toy's impressive design. Despite occasionally tipping over if not balanced correctly, the Indoraptor remains a cherished favorite and enjoys frequent playtime, especially since it does not require batteries. He had a ton of Imaginext toys and this on fit right in his collection. The arm swinging action is terrific for knocking down and attacking obstacles or opponents or for catching dinner. Whichever seems to be most entertaining at the time. Very sturdy and good quality. We love them! They are great for both little and big hands. The mouth opens and closes, the tail goes up and down, and when you press the action button the arms move up and down. This is a great addition for any dinosaur fan! Right now this is the favorite dinosaur in the house. The dinosaur &quot;scratches&quot; by pushing the red button in the back and it was easy for little hands to do. It feels like it is made of thick, high-quality plastic and sports an impressive set of orange eyes that look glassy but are not. The feet on the Indoraptor are large, making it able to stand easily on hardwood or carpet. The legs, mouth, and tail tip of the Indoraptor are posable but the arms aren&rsquo;t because they are connected to the button that makes them move. Speaking of the button, the Indoraptor has a big red button on its back that, when pressed, will make a satisfying click noise, and the two front arms move to create a smashing or scratching action. On a side note, no batteries are necessary for the Indoraptor, so that&rsquo;s a plus. Included in the box, along with the Indoraptor, are a two-piece gate that the Indoraptor is supposed to be able to break through and a small girder that it can hold in either clawed hand. Regarding the two-piece gate, neither my son nor I could get the Indoraptor to scratch nor smash it open using the arms moving action, so he ended up just using the feet to stomp it open. This Indoraptor has great, chonky proportions without approaching super-deformed styling. It stands up very well on its big, sturdy feet, and looks charmingly menacing! The transparent eyes with recessed pupils create an awesome effect. We're big fans of the articulated jaw, and the slashing action is fantastic. There's a bit of an unnerving click when pressing the button, but the mechanism seems resilient. The included accessories make for nice set dressing, but it's difficult to &quot;break&quot; the fence using only the Indoraptor's attack action.
