The colors are vibrant and the blocks stay together nicely but are not hard to take apart when done playing. The set comes in a bag that is sturdy and has a zipper so it is reusable. They like all the different variety of &quot;shapes&quot; which allows them to &quot;build&quot; all sorts of things, but they also like calling out all the different colors as well. Furthermore, the size. As the parents of two young ones, you're always worried about them, due to the risk of choking. However as the picture of the package shows. The blocks are big in size! We have ZERO worries that our babies could, or would, swallow these. Lastly, the quantity. For having two children, the package has a lot of pieces! Technically I believe 80. For having two children, it's plenty for them share. All blocks fit easily into the sturdy, zipper sealed storage bag. The bag has great photos of the blocks and a clear window in the front, which makes toy clean up and storage easy and simple! My 2 year old loves the handle on top of the bag and carries this bag of blocks all around the house. This set came with a variety of block shapes and sizes which added to the fun.
