If you do buy this, check the tires before building the bike. I had bought this today for my daughter's 5th birthday and she was elated when she saw the box that the bike came in. Once I had built the bike and inflated the tires, we were dismayed to see the rear tire had a big puncture in it! Left my daughter in tears and me with the hassle of dismantling everything, putting it back in the box ready to return to the store. Unfortunately as it was an in-store purchase, their policy is that I must return it to the store myself rather than having a courier come pick it up. Not very client focused but it is what it is. All I can say is the experience has left me wanting to shop elsewhere for kids' products.
