This is a really fun, fast paced game that involves cards with all the famous characters from the books on it. Basically, you spread out the deck, facedown in the center and everyone grabs a card and can either keep it or put it back. The object is to create your own deck without any doubles in a row. You don't want two of the same character in a row, or same color. This is a super fun, fast paced game that elicits a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. Although it probably helps to know the characters as it's easier to remember them. You play by putting all the card in the middle and when it's time you pick up a card one by one and add it to a pile in front of you. The key is to make sure the card you put on top is not the same as you already placed...its harder than you think as many of the cards are similar. They love that this game has all there favorite characters. It is a fast paced game and lots of card flipping. If you have kids that get frustrated easily or overwhelmed easy I wouldn't recommend this game. My boys are 12 and 14 and got pretty frustrated with each other towards the end. It also has to make them think fast. The game required him to memorize, sequence and creat patterns to win. It took a few toys but he gets better ea h time we play.
