You pour the liquid into the hole on the side press the black button and it starts the smoke coming out of the front then press the grey button that plays sounds and makes the smoke blow into circles. It’s so fun and the smoke does smell a bit funky that made the kids giggle so much they loved showing they’re friends the toy also and they all loved it too running around and putting by the parents faces so they could smell the stinking fart circles. They had such fun I would recommend this to any children ages 5 plus. They find farts at that age funny in itself so they adored this toy note too all parents buy buy buy you will not regret it</span>
