I had never seen these before but these Curlimals plush toys are all about &ldquo;uncurling the fun&rdquo;, and they certainly live up to the hype! These adorable toy pets don't just look cute; they move, talk, and respond to touch, making them unique new companions. They have cute little back stories. Ours, the Blue the Badger, has a mischievous side, enjoying warm burrows by mossy logs and playing tricks on friends. My kids got a huge kick out of this. There are 50 or so reactions when you touch the nose, head or stomach. When it works, it&rsquo;s really cool as it bends the back and rolls itself up. But a lot of time it doesn&rsquo;t work because the touch points are not sensitive or responsive enough. I had to literally rub and press all around to trigger the toy on a few occasions. I thought this would be cute toy for my small son. I of course played with it for a good 20 minutes since talking toys can say some pretty vile things these days. I have only heard 4 phrases the entire time I have had it in my hands though. One of which is a flatulence sound followed by, &quot;oh yeah&quot; &amp; &quot;whoopsi.&quot; While this may be funny to some I don't think this is a toy to hand to a child if you are trying to raise a polite young man with manners. This thing also &quot;sneezes&quot; every time you touch it's nose. But the more I play with it the more I just get the same 4 or 5 phrases over and over again. The outside of this material is soft and plush but the inside is very hard plastic. Honestly, I don't know what to think of this toy.
