I was expecting the ambulance shown in the picture (video) &amp; as described on Amazon.ca. When I received the item it was a different version &amp; I assumed the USA vendor sent me the wrong item, so it was returned. I found the item I wanted pictured on-line at WALMART (over $200 CA) but again I received a different version, so it was returned. This cheaper version was ($110 CA) at Toys R Us. The new version is cheaply made &amp; less interesting. The older version was well designed &amp; opened at the back. The bed had extra storage, sitting area &amp; gift shop. I was willing to pay over $200 for the older better designed version &amp; very disappointed that it is no longer available. She couldn&rsquo;t wait to play with this really cool Barbie ambulance and neither could her older siblings! There are so many cute and fun details from the teddy bear to the doctors bag to the X-rays and crutches! My kids love the ambulance sound and lights and I love that it isn&rsquo;t blaring loud! Warning for littles&hellip;there are small pieces like the thermometer and stethoscope which could easily put in the mouth and/or swallowed. Also, for kids who are ready to play as soon as they receive it, be prepared to apply a LOT of stickers to the exterior and interior. Loads of accessories! This is a fantastic toy, my kids love it, there is tons to do with it. The inside opens up to an entire clinic. Every area has a special place. My kids play with it all the time - can mobile care clinic gives them opportunities to explore their imagination. The toy itself is really well designed and made out of good quality materials. Design and colors are quite impressive and additional features of this toy like sounds and lights make it that much more fun. She loves that it is on wheels so she moves around with it a lot and loves to play the siren noise. It does come with a few small pieces that I do not recommend for little ones so if yours likes to put in her\His mouth I would advise to store until they are out of that phase.
