With the high heeled shoes my four year old daughter was having a hard time having the doll stand on its own. It just keeps falling over. The good news is, it’s usually in her hand so it hasn’t been an issue for my daughter. So far the doll has been in constant rotation with the dolls my daughter plays with.</span>

My daughter was able to change her clothes by herself, and the shoes actually stay on the doll (they sort of snap around the ankle and are much more secure than some Barbie shoes we’ve seen). My daughter loved how “fancy” she is, and she was immediately incorporated into our Barbie “family”.</span>
