This Barbie Chelsea doll has a cute swan skirt and painted on top. My daughter who is 4 likes to undress Barbie’s and lose their clothes, I do like that the top is painted on. She has plastic threw her head to hold on the headband. Not the best of looks but I did leave the plastic instead of cutting it so the headband doesn’t get lost. My daughter liked playing with her with her unicorns because of her long blue hair.</span>
