It's smaller than expected but big enough for easy play. Lovely colours and soft to touch, with a cute miaow that our daughter mimics. As other reviewers said, the sleeping/breathing noise is a bit odd but not a major downside. Remember to turn it off if you don't want to be changing the batteries all the time! The movement works great over hard floors and foam kids mats. After some uses, our dog would bark, but not roll or just roll a little and then stop prematurely. This issue ended up being due to batteries losing power. We have replaced the original batteries with rechargeable batteries and now frequently recharge them to keep our dog barking and rolling to our child's delight.
