<span itemprop="description">You will not be able to look at the moon with this: the tripod is not designed to point up - you can tilt it up a little (as in the product picture) but this is the maximum.
The magnification is below 15X. The specs say 50X, but the reality is that it's below 5X.
With 20x binoculars, you can make out craters on the moon, with this junk, when you don't use the tripod and point it at the moon while holding it, you can make out a circle with some shades.
This thing has absolutely zero use: the naked human eye can see more.
This thing is worse than garbage - it's garbage that insults your intelligence.
"Telescope that doesn't point up" is a Terrible Terrible Terrible piece of useless crap. Ironically, the microscope from the same brand works well - probably not for long as whoever designed the telescope must have other great ideas.</span>
