It transforms from robot to off-road vehicle in 23 steps. It comes with a blaster accessory as well that attaches in both modes. I will say it was definitely tricky for him and me to figure out how to transform this one. But once we got it figured out it was easy from there. I think adding a QR code that links to a video showing how to transform would help a ton! Other than that, this is awesome, and he absolutely loves it! He has been playing with this nonstop since I got it. I do like that it's a little tricky, that way it helps him to figure it out and not give up on figuring it out, which makes a great learning experience also! If you have kids that love transformers, I would most definitely recommend this one!</span>
