She's pretty young so I had to do most of the building myself with just a little help from her. Overall we had a pretty great time making this. We went outside and then ran it around on the pavement for awhile. He spent all afternoon with it. There was a moment of disappointment when a piece of plastic broke as he was removing it from the sheet it was attached to, but fortunately, I was able to glue it back together. He was so happy to show me the finished vehicle, and I was so happy to see his joy. This kit is great, it's easy enough to build, you have multiple build options and great instructions. They even include bags and labels so when you want to disassemble one bot and build another, you can separate the parts and become able to sort and store easily. This stem kit comes with 197 pieces and the ability to make one of 12 unique robot designs. It is literally build your own robot in a box. It needs no batteries as it runs on the sun. You can only make one robot&nbsp; at a time so be sure to pick the one you really want. My daughter loves stem kits and did need some help with pulling the plastic pieces apart. It took her and I roughly 3 hours to put together. Great fun and educational. Can take apart and make a new one cause we all know children get bored quick.
