<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit get hot very quickly, which means you can quickly heat a bottle, food, or sanitize a bottle nipple or pacifier. The unit also accepts short, medium, and tall bottles! I also like the basket that's included with the machine. It makes sanitizing smaller items very easy without fear and placing one's hand in boiling water. There is a green lower button. If plugged in with water in the unit it will immediately power on. Once the water has steamed out the unit will power off. You can re-add water and the unit will not power on until the power button is pressed. The included basket keeps items from making contact with the heating element.
I have 3 big gripes with this unit.
1. It has no "off" switch or button. Once turned on, the unit will continue heating the water until it has all evaporated. In other words, you can't fill the basket with water and turn the machine on and off as needed. It will remain on until almost all of the water has escaped as steam.
2. This piggybacks on my first grip, but the machine needs a timer or auto off option. I've put bottles into the machine, then checked on baby only to return minutes later to see that the contents inside the bottle are scolding hot. An auto-off timer or similar option would be a great option for this unit. Constant boiling water is great when sanitizing a pacifier, but not for heating the contents of a bottle.
The solution for my first 2 grips is to take the time to conduct multiple tests in order to figure out how much water to add to basically figure out the timing on the unit. Figure out how much water is needed to heat each size and type bottle and food product you plan to use.
3. Cleaning this unit is not easy. The basket and top lid are removeable making for easy cleaning, but the bottom of the container cannot be removed for cleaning. This is potentially a problem when you mistakenly spill the contents of a bottle into the heated water.
If you sit on top of the machine while heating liquids in bottles, you'll love this machine. But if you plan on inserting a bottle and stepping away and hoping to return to a warmed bottle, you may be disappointed.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is a great warmer for the price! Includes a card with heating times and the fill bottle fits better on the unit than the previous model. Ours previous one stopped working but we like it so much we bought another. We use Dr. Browns wide neck bottles in this but have previously also used Tommee Tippee.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Like many current reviews on this product, i too agree that this model makes the milk too hot or too cold where you have to use multiple times, that is not however my beef with this unit. Poor design is my issue. Often with new borns or having multiple young kids in the house you have to operate with one hand and the other holding a child. This warmer has a downward pushing button at the front of the unit and no supporting leg in that area, which results in tipping every time you try to operate without the aid of a second hand. I have spilt more milk than warmed in this unit and its time for a change. Not to kick a dead horse but the bottom element corrodes easily and we have had to purchase distilled water just to avoid maintenance. poor design is my point all around.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This heater has a few engineering problems. First, the heating element rusted within a couple of uses and began putting rusty water all over our baby's pacifiers and bottles!! :0 X| Secondly, the larger Nuk bottles (10oz) don't fit with the ring, so all the steam just pours out ineffectively. Lastly, the water reservoir is a pain to put back onto the unit and is constantly falling off. The auto shut off works with the water; when the steam is gone and the element is dry, then it shuts off. That means that if you put in too much water, your milk can literally be steamed to boiling.</span>
