She loves it already! It is the perfect height for her to stand and play in the water, and it's very sturdy - she is not standing on her own yet, but she is able to lean against it and play without it moving. I was fairly surprised by how easy the water table was to assemble (mainly just screws, best to use a power drill for quick assembly). Once we got everything set up, my daughter started playing with the table before we even filled it with water - she loved to put her stuffed animals in the base and was entertained by the accessories (especially the bucket and the cups). After filling with water, we were impressed by all of the different features. From the adorable tropical accessories, to the launch pad for the frog, to the water wall, my daughter had a blast with this table! You can also move many of the components around in various locations on the table, which adds variety to the experience. Best of all (and feature that sets this water table apart) is the rain shower that drips from the tree top - she had so much fun with this! Another nice function is that when play time is finished, the water can be conveniently drained through the bottom of the base. We usually just leave the hose on top for continuous water flow. The installation of the water table was super easy compared to similar toys I have had to assemble for my daughter. There were even a few steps that called for two sets of hands, and I was actually able to do it all on my own as my husband was traveling on a work trip when this arrived. The table is super sturdy and the parts are all well made. The second I set the table up on our backyard deck, my 1.5 year old was in heaven! She is going through a phase where she is very fascinated by water, so all of the different features on this table kept her entertained all afternoon. I also like how the table is big enough for a few kids to fit around it. It will be a big hit during play dates. I can really see my daughter using this table for many years. We live in NC where it is super hot in the summer, but for safety reasons I've never wanted a backyard pool. This water table seemed like a great compromise, as it's a great way to stay cool on a hot afternoon, and it is incredibly safe.
