The straps are padded and very comfortable. It has stroller straps built right into the bag. I love the color, the zippers are smooth and easy to work with one hand. There are plenty of pockets for everything you need and there's still space left over even when you're packed for an entire day. My only minor complaint is that the two cases included with the bag are SO small. I have no idea what the mesh cube could be utilized for so we just leave that at home. I do like the insulated cube, I just wish it were larger. I have purchased the Twelve Little cases to use. Skip Hop doesn't make cases (hint hint Skip Hop) to meet our needs. But all in all, this is the best bag and for getting it on clearance it was a steal. I exchanged my Mainframe for this bag because the straps on the mainframe are very uncomfortable. First reason for updating was the fact that we got a new stroller and bags were unable to hang on the bars. Second reason for updating is when I want to run into a store and just carry baby it was extremely hard to carry him while my bag slipped off my shoulder. I loved my previous bag but this one really takes the cake! I will forever be recommending this bag due to the fact that its ROOMY, comfortable &amp; pretty. I love that I am able to store everything I had in my Duo &amp; more. It is also WAY more organized with all of the pockets and little bags to carry clean clothes and milk/food. My only gripe is that the shoulder bags could be a little more comfortable.
