I can't keep up with all the new characters but they loved the variety. The new foil cards are beautiful. Was told this is the best pack yet. My kids loved these booster packs, 6 booster packs come in the box. They were lucky and got 2 of the EX cards which are I gather rather powerful pokemon, one of them I was familiar with was Pikachu. It came in a nice box with a cover. Included 6 packs. Each pack had a nice variety of characters, some basic some foil. He really enjoyed that. My little girl was so excited. It was a smaller box, but it contained 6 full packs of cards. She was super happy with all the cards she got. And she got quite a few good ones, from what her older brother said. I love that this set came with 6 booster packs that I could divide up to my two kids. The variety of cards in this pack is excellent. Both my kids got rare cards that they were really excited about. There weren't many duplicates, even of the common cards, so my kids were thrilled with that. They were able to trade any duplicates they had with each other, which evened it out. These came in a decorative box that my kids enjoyed as well.
