<span itemprop="description">The lack of replacement tyres when they are made of polystyrene makes this a very expensive toy. A couple of runs outside on a little rough terrain like a road and the tyres are shredded.
It’s a real shame as the product is fantastic but who is going to keep buying a new one when all that needs replacing is the tyres?????</span>

Tyres chipped away within hours of play really upsetting my son who thought he'd broken his toy. Now 2 months later the rubber has come off the tyre completely, got caught in the wheel and stretched so it's not like I can just glue it back on. This won't be considered a fault either so will just have to figure something out myself. Also agree with previous comments re charge, doesn't seem to hold charge for very long at all</span>

<span itemprop="description">I'd really love to give this item a glowing review, as my son loves it (now he's eventually started playing with it) however, I wish I'd read up on its performance, as from a full charge, it will go for about 10 minutes then die, sometimes less.
At first we thought it was cheap batteries in the remote, but it's the usb charging battery in the truck itself.
Sadly, as good as the toy is, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

<span itemprop="description">So the first time I charged it and had it outside playing with it, it worked fine and after I charged it again something must’ve went wrong because the red button would stay on while it was charging and not blinking like it should be, the controller couldn’t connect either.
I actually had to unplug the cords going into the battery (the red, green & both whites) but the whites can’t go anywhere else but where they’re suppose to because of the sizes, I switched the green and red spots and after that everything was reversed, the up and down on the controller was going left and right and the right/left made it go up and down, so I replaced them back to their original spots and then the controller worked as normal and now it works and is blinking like it should while charging.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I’d say you needed to charge it for 24 hours or something before first using it because ours is definitely struggling now. it was fine the first few times but it no longer charges. It flashes red then no light. On its last spin it only lasted about 4mins. It’s such a pity as it’s a brilliant toy when working and my 4 year old loves it! It just dies and leaves us feeling v frustrated.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is an amazing toy! We gave it to our son for his 5th birthday and the whole family loves it. Our boys where playing with it up at the cottage on the lake - and man can that shark rip it across the water, it is SO COOL! Unfortunately, our 5yr old dropped the remote into the lake :( Is there anyway to purchase a replacement remote? This toy brings so many hours of fun, we would really like to keep using it if we can get a new remote? Thanks so much.</span>
