I was super excited to give this to my almost 6 year old. He loves playing Minecraft with his older siblings. He was very excited as he opened it but as soon as that package was open his excitement quickly faded. One of the things that he was stuck on was not understanding there was nothing he could do with the portal part. I kept explaining if he collected the different figures he would end up with all the users needed however that didn't make him any happier. It's a nice figure and I can totally see maybe a little bit older kids appreciating it more. My kid was very excited to see this and now I'm on a journey to find the rest of the set. This is the first Minecraft figure they have gotten. They loved it, and are saving up to buy more of the characters. They even have a goal set of how many they want. The legs move a bit and the head can move up and down. My kids played with it and since it doesn&rsquo;t do much else they were quickly bored. The toy comes with a tiny little cookie thing and that got lost almost immediately (blame the cat). She especially enjoyed playing with it along other toys. I appreciate how compact it is. My only complaint is that you cannot change it up as much as I thought you might be able to. She kept trying to move pieces that did not move.
